We, promoters of the World Internet Summit, wish we could just do business with a handshake, but you and I both know that's not the reality of today's world.

While the foregoing protects us from the exorbitant rewards a jury could make because we tripped over a technicality. Rest assured we respect you and will honor everything and more we've indicated we will.

Bottom line, if at the end of this event, you feel in any way that you’ve been misled ... or you haven’t learned anything that could really make a difference in running and marketing a business online ... all you have to do is pull one of us aside, and without a single question, your investment will be refunded in full. Also, you can keep the materials and notes you will be given over the weekend as our apology for wasting your time.

That's the reality of the situation, you have no risk. These legal notices are obligatory policy, required by the times we live in. Many terms, word for word are required, such as, "your results will vary" and results are "atypical". We're just respecting the law.
